Halloween is almost upon us with only 18 days left till the big day! eek! Yes, as you might be able to tell, I am slightly loving Halloween. I start getting excited around July, forced to curb my enthusiasm from friends and family until at least the end of September, and started planning it on the 1st October. This year, I have made my own headpiece to go with my outfit (shhhh, can’t say what it is yet) and plan on making alot of the props as they seem unavailable in the UK for my particular theme.
I have on order some gloriously bespoke gothic hats, decked with spiders, netting and the perfect accessory to any respectable Victorian Vampire.
Like any other festivities, Halloween is also a perfect time for Masked Balls which not only have to feature full faced ghoulish masks, but can also be a perfect opportunity to wear something spooky and glamourous at the same time. Decked with spiders on a lace web, acid green masks with dripping red blood jewels, all black cat-like eye masks, devil masks or simply gothic glam, anything goes and the more unique the better.
